Laughter Yoga online:

Every Thursday afternoon from 5.00 pm for 30-minutes, regular visitors and  newcomers are welcome to join this online session via Zoom.  Please see the link below:

Walk+ Laughter Yoga:

The next Walk and Laughter Yoga session will take place on Friday, 28 November 2025 from 10.30 am at Himley Hall and Park, Himley, Dudley, DY3 4DF. Please note there is a £3.00 car park fee for Himley Park.   We shall walk approximately 1-mile around the pool at Himley Hall + Park and have a couple of stops to do Laughter Yoga exercises, hand clapping and deep breathing.  A social activity with plenty of chatter between exercise stops.
